The indicated prices are per person and night with ¾ board excluding local tax. This amounts to 1.90 euros per person and day (from 14 years) and is charged separately.

The following daily prices apply to children and additional persons:

• Children from 14 years and adults: -15 % discount
• 10 – 13.9 years – 25% discount
• 6 – 9.9 years: -40 % discount
• 4 – 5.9 years: -60 % discount
• 2 – 3.9 years: -70 % discount
• 0 – 1.9 years: -90 % discount

Deposit

Upon receipt of your written reservation and payment of a deposit of 1/3 of the booking value, the booking is considered binding. Our aim is to maintain prices, however, in the event of unforeseen economic developments or changes to the current VAT rate, an adjustment will be made. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, credit card or online via our “click-to-pay” system.

Cancellation conditions according to Article 1382 Swiss Civil Code (ZGB)

According to the Italian consumer protection code, there is no right of cancellation. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions:

• In the event of cancellations, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid.
• Up to 15 days before the arrival date at the latest, we charge 40% of the agreed total price as a cancellation fee.
• From 15 to 5 days before the arrival date at the latest, we charge 70% of the agreed total price as a cancellation fee.
• For cancellations less than 5 days before the arrival date, we charge 90% of the agreed total price as a cancellation fee.
• If the booked room is not taken for the agreed period without cancellation and in the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge 100% of the agreed total price.

Holiday cancellation insurance

In order to be well protected in case something should happen, we recommend that you take out the “Hogast Travel Cancellation Protection Insurance” in the course of your booking. Bill payment options

The hotel bill can be paid by bank transfer (before departure), cash, cheque, EC card, Visa, Mastercard or ATM. The maximum limit for cash payments permitted in Italy must be observed.

Pets

What about a holiday with your four-legged friend. You want to enjoy the holiday with the whole family? Pets are allowed at the Störes on request.

Non-smoking

The rooms of our hotel are all non-smoking areas. Please go outside to smoke.

Room numbers

We are happy to try to take your wishes into account, but we cannot guarantee room numbers and floors when making the reservation.
