Skiing tours in Alta Badia

The Val Stella Alpina
From the valley floor at Colfosco, a modern cabin connects the Sellaronda runs to the small but famous Val Stella Alpina, a beautiful sunny bowl surrounded to the north by the crests of Sassongher and Campa? and open to the south to a fabulous view over Val Mezdì and the Sella group.
The First World War ski tour
More than eighty kilometres of history and nature, along perfectly prepared slopes and the unique Dolomites landscape: this is, in a few words, the essence of the Great War Ski Tour.

The tour winds around Mt. Col di Lana, a battlefield during the 1st World War (1915 – 1918). Starting from Alta Badia and passing through  Passo Campolongo you get to Arabba and from there Malga Ciapela (from Malga Ciapela you can take the lifts to the Marmolada glacier – these lifts are included in the Dolomiti Superski skipass). From Malga Ciapela continue by ski bus to Alleghe and from Alleghe you can ski as far as Pescul where you take a ski bus to the Fedare refuge. After the Averau you ski down the Cinque Torri slopes as far as the Cinque Torri car park, where you take a bus for Mt. Lagazuoi. From the Lagazuoi you continue to Alta Badia following  the "Skitour Lagazuoi" itinerary.

In order to complete the tour at leisure, we advise you to leave early in the morning.

Sella Ronda
The Sella Ronda, the ski circuit around the Sella massif, is the most famous ski tour in the Dolomites.

This merry-go-round for skiers, is the only one of its kind: a series of ski-lifts and downhill runs, all linked to one another and set against a background of woods, rocky peaks and expanses of snow that are nothing less than extraordinary. The slopes on the Sella Ronda themselves are of middling difficulty.
The Santa Croce ski tour
The Santa Croce gourmet ski tour ranks among the best panoramic and gastronomic ski tours in the Dolomites. The Santa Croce ski area is especially suitable for family excursions given the characteristics of the slopes and lifts which are ideal for young skiers too. You can taste local culinary specialities along the whole route, at the eight refuges which are part of this singular gourmet skitour.
